Product Name | Steroid Receptor Coactivator-1 (SRC-1), (676-700), biotin labeled |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This is the 676 to 700 amino acids of steroid receptor coactivator (SRC1). This N-terminal biotinylated peptide is derived from the second LXXLL motif of SRC1. Coactivator proteins interact with ligand-related nuclear receptors and enhance transcription. The short amphipathic β-helical domain containing the LXXLL motif serves as the interaction interface between the co-activator molecule and the ligand-dependent activation function (AF-2) located at the end of the nuclear receptor ligand binding domain COOH ( LBD). The receptor binding domain of the co-activator SRC-1 is specifically recruited to the ligand binding domain of the Farnesian X receptor (FXR). |
