Product Name | [pSer10]-Histone H3 (1-21)-GGK(Biotin); H3pS10, biotin-labeled |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This peptide is from amino acid residues 1 to 21 of histone H3. Finally, it is phosphorylated with biological lysine. The phosphorylation of histone H3 in Ser10 is a mitotic marker and is related to chromosome condensation. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
