Product Name | [Lys(Me1)20]-Histone H4 (1-23)-GGK(Biotin), H4K20(Me1), biotin-labeled |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This peptide is histone H4 (1-23). Monomethylated with C-terminal GG linker at lysine 20, followed by biotinylated lysine. The monomethylation of histone H4 at lysine 20 is considered to be an important marker of chromosomal memory. It is also very active throughout the cell cycle and is abundant in S phase. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
