| Description | It is an amidated peptide derived from residues 361-393 of human p53 tumor suppressor protein, which has acetylation effect on lys382. The peptide was biotinylated with a 6-carbon LC linker at its N-terminal. The function of activated p53 is to induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in response to signals such as DNA damage.
