Product Name | [Lys(Ac)382]-p53 (361-393), biotin labeled, amide, human |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | It is an amidated peptide derived from residues 361-393 of human p53 tumor suppressor protein, which has acetylation effect on lys382. The peptide was biotinylated with a 6-carbon LC linker at its N-terminal. The function of activated p53 is to induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in response to signals such as DNA damage. Acetylation of p53 can reduce the ubiquitination of MDM2 and prolong the half-life of p53 in vivo. |
