Product Name | [Lys(Ac)36]-Histone H3 (21-44)-GK(Biotin), H3K36(Ac), biotin-labeled |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | The histone is H3-44. Acetylation at lysine 36 with a C-terminal G linker followed by biotinylated lysine. The acetylation of histone H3 at lysine (K) 36 is highly conserved in mammals and is mainly located on the promoter of the RNA polymerase II transcription gene. The switch between acetylation and methylation of K36 acts as an "acetyl/methyl switch", controlling the function of chromatin along the transcription unit. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
