Product Name | [Lys(Ac)27]-Histone 3 (21-44)-GK(Biotin); H3K27(Ac), biotin-labeled |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This peptide is from amino acid residues 21 to 43 of histone H3. This sequence is a variant of Arabidopsis histone H3. The lysine 27 was acetylated with the C-terminal G linker, and then the lysine was biotinylated. The acetylation of histone H3 at lysine 27 is related to many active mammalian genes. In Arabidopsis, acetylated lysine is a special histone protein. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
