Product Name | [Lys(Ac)12]-Histone H4 (1-20), H4K12(Ac) |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This peptide is histone 4 acetylation at lysine 12. Based on genome-wide localization studies, it was found that the peptide occupies the promoter region at the transcription start site, especially related to specific promoters, which may drive high-level mRNA transcripts stored in mature sperm. These observations led to the hypothesis that H4K12Ac may be one of the epigenetic markers of developmental genes. |
Storage | -20°C |
