Product Name | Histone H3 (1-21), Biotinylated |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This sequence corresponds to the first 21 amino acids of the NH2 end of histone H3, followed by the GG linker and biotinylated lysine. This peptide was used to study the characteristics and mechanism of ethanol-induced histone H3 acetylation in rat liver cells. Immunocytochemistry and western blot analysis showed that ethanol treatment significantly increased the H3 acetylation of lysine 9, while the effect on lysine 14, 18 and 23 was minimal. |
