Product Name | [Arg(Me2a)3]-Histone H4(1-21)-GGK(Biotin), H4R3(Me2a), biotin-labeled |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This peptide is from amino acid residues 1 to 21 of histone H4. It is asymmetrically dimethylated at Arg3, both methyl groups are added to one nitrogen of the guanidine group, and it also contains a C-terminal GG linker followed by a biotinylated lysine. The methylation of histone H4 at Arg3 is an important step in transcriptional activation and allows subsequent acetylation of the H4 tail by p300. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
