Product Name | Cathepsin D and E FRET Substrate |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | Cathepsins D and E obtained from the hepatopancreas (liver) of Japanese common squid (Todarodes pacificus) instead of B, H or L internal quenching fluorescent substrates (Ab / Em = 328/393 nm). Cleavage occurs at the Phe-Phe amide bond, resulting in increased fluorescence, and is used to screen cathepsin D and E inhibitors, and to determine the activity of cathepsin D and E in tissue cell extracts. |
Storage | -20°C |
