| Description | This is the 92 to 106 amino acid fragment of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). MOG (92-106)-induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis mice produced extensive B cell responses to secondary myelin antigens. Although this MOG peptide only induces a weak T cell response, the autoimmune response induced by MOG is very serious. This peptide is brain-derived in SJL mice, DA rats and rhesus monkeys. |
