Product Name | [Lys(Ac)8]-Histone H4 (1-25)-GSGSK(Biotin); H4K8(Ac), biotin-labeled |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This peptide is histone H4 (1-25), acetylated at Lys8. It is biotinylated via a C-terminal gsk connector. Acetylation at Lys8 is essential for the transcriptional activation of the SWI/SNF (switch/sucrose non-fermentation) chromatin remodeling complex through the bromouracil-containing protein BRG1. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
