Product Name | [Lys(Me1)36]-Histone H3 (26-46)-K(Biotin), H3K36(Me1), Schizosaccharomyces octosporus |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | The peptide is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 26-46 of Schizosaccharomyces octaspora/i>Histone H3. It is also monomethylated at lysine-36, followed by biotinylated lysine. The methylation of histone H3 at lysine 36 (K36) has recently been shown to be related to the extension of Saccharomyces cerevisiae RNA polymerase II (Pol II). Histone methylation also plays a key role in the regulation of chromatin structure and function. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
