Product Name | [Lys(Ac)14]-Histone H3 (9-19), H3K14(Ac) |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This is an H3 peptide acetylated at position 14 of lysine residue. This peptide has been shown to be part of the active promoter state, and its degree of acetylation can be driven by cis-regulatory elements such as the CpG content at the promoter. Its expression decreases with the increasing malignancy of ovarian epithelial tumors, suggesting that although the peptide has no obvious relationship with the occurrence and development of ovarian tumors, it can be used as a prognostic indicator. |
