Product Name | [Cit17]-Histone H3 (1-21)-GGK(Biotin) |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | The peptide is histone H3 (1-21), which is deamination at Arg17 and converted to Cit (citrulline). It is biotinylated via the C-terminal GGK connector. Peptidyl arginine deaminase 4 (PADI4) deamination can block CAM1 methyltransferase methylation and inhibit transcription activation. With a peptide purity greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml, and then lyophilized into a powder. |
Storage | -20°C |
