Product Name | [Lys(Me2)9]-Histone H3 (1-21)-GGK(Biotin), H3K9(Me2), biotin-labeled, amide |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | The peptide is histone H3 amino acid residues 1-21. Lysine 9 is dimethylated with a C-terminal GG linker, followed by biotinylated lysine. The dimethylation of histone H3 on lysine 9 is dynamically and gender-differentially regulated during the prophase of meiosis. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
