Product Name | [Lys(Ac)4]-Histone H3 (1-21)-GGK(Biotin) |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | This peptide is histone H3, acetylated at Lys4. It is biotinylated via a C-terminal GGK connector. This post-translationally modified histone peptide is present in humans, Tetrahymena thermophila, Schizosaccharomyces bom and mice. The acetylation of Lys4 is controlled by Mst1. This peptide acts as a color gamut switch by weakening the interaction between Chp1 and H3K9 methylation tails, thereby promoting the binding of HP1 protein. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
