Product Name | [Des-octanoyl]-Ghrelin, rat, mouse |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | Des-octanoyl (Des-acyl) ghrelin is the unacylated precursor peptide of ghrelin. De-octyl ghrelin is converted into ghrelin by adding an octyl group to enzymes. Studies have shown that in the blood circulation, the content of de-octanol somatotropin is about 20 times that of somatotropin. Deoctanol growth hormone is not an agonist of growth hormone receptor 1a (GHSR1a). |
